You can cancel your Propertypass Pro subscription at any time with zero cancellation fees or obligations. Cancellation can be performed instantly in your account portal or by emailing our billing team atakhil@getpropertypass.online.

Access Period: When you cancel, your Pro benefits (unlimited exports, LPE1 pack splitting, and watermark-free downloads) remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be billed again.

2. Subscription Refund Policy

Because Propertypass is a B2B digital utility that provides instant access to WebAssembly processing tools upon subscription, all subscription charges are non-refundable once billed. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

3. Try Before Upgrading (Free Allowance)

To ensure Propertypass meets your agency's document processing requirements before subscribing, we provide a 100% Free Daily Allowance (3 files per 24 hours) with no credit card or account commitment required.

4. Exceptional Billing Queries

If you experience duplicate charges due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please contact our billing manager within 48 hours for immediate assistance.
